The first room had some issues, but the staff responded quickly and gave me a much better room. Clean, comfortable, and good location. Thank you!
My partner and I stayed at No9 for our anniversary, for two people that work in the hospitality industry we blown away. For starters the room was amazing, the bed was extremely comfortable and the room was spacious and clean with a good air conditioning system, fridge and tv. We also found the location easy and close to transport and the harbour. However what really truely made our stay for us was the receptionist Lewis, this guy is next level. I have stayed at No 9 Springfield 3 times now and would recommend this as an option for your stay. Great situation with a very short walk to the train station, cafes and bars. Staff are friendly and the rooms are clean.
