The venue is beautiful. I love staff but the community manager Simone gave me a very unpleasant welcoming. I usually deal w front desk to help make my payments. I was talking to Bridgette and Simone intrusively placed herself to our conversation. I was in another state doing business and haven’t been there in a while so I needed to make payment. The front desk is top tier. Samira, Avery, and Deanna are so helpful.
Really bad communication from front office and management. Poor agreement and mis-charged. Hard to cancel. Venue lacks situational awareness and accountability. Lights go in and out. AC is on/off in certain areas of the building intermittently. Several items I had were stolen or lost. Need better front office personelle with better culture and dispositions. The aesthetic is nice.
