We have had our office at No.18 for several years and it has continued get worse over the last 2 years. They have had good managers quit shortly after joining their team due to Regus management mishandling issues and priorities. They currently don’t have sufficient management on site leading to several issue with mail service and parking. I would not recommend No. 18 Atlanta to any professional, especially those running a young, vibrant, client-facing business. During one of my client signings, Samira Jalaly repeatedly followed me and my guests around the space in a way that felt intrusive and racially discriminatory. My guests were uncomfortable, and so was I. When I reached out to management and higher-ups about the incident, nothing was done.
