I got my nails done there and then they didn't really did a good job and they told me to go back and they will fix it for me for no charge. When I went there I think she's the boss she took me to him and he then started explaining my nail was too old and I told him that it was a UV gel and it was my second time getting it done there and they last a day and the gel polish started to come off like, I had it for a week and half I went I wanted to get them redone because the second day they started coming off. This is my favorite nail place. I go every week for my mani pedi and massage. The workers are very polite and give great services. I never feel rushed or pressured to upgrade. Great spa and great service !!!
Not friendly..they push more services and add ons that when you say no, they look at you funny -- never said thank you for the tip, rush you out the door. Its all about the money, even though the salon is brand new and looks very pretty, I will not be going back.
although this place is very clean and brand new, they are all about pushing more expensive services on you when you clearly say no thank you, then look at you funny and make you feel uncomforatble for saying no. They are all about rushing you in and out, and when I left a 15% tip, after being charged an extra $5 dollars for "crackle" nail polish that was not listed anywhere or posted, they again just took the money and never said thank you. Never going back...they just hustle you for the money.
What a wonderful place! I recently lost my husband, and they make me feel so welcomed. It was difficult to even go into a nail salon, but once I walked in the door, I felt very welcomed. I started crying and one point and they got me water, and tissues and now that I continue to go there, they all remember me and treat me so nice. Not easy to try to be normal, but it has become a place I like to visit. I have had manicures, pedicures, waxing and massages. All wonderful! The facility is so clean and the staff is so polite.
