The heating system didn't work and had to be replaced. I asked for (and paid for) a programmable thermostat and caught him installing the conventional kind. He said, "I'm not smart enough, and you're not smart enough to program one of those." He got that half right; it is not difficult. I left them working there alone one day and told him to lock the door when he left and put the key through the mail slot. I got home, the door was wide open, and the key was on the desk where I had left it. Avoid these people like the plague.
Have worked with this company twice. The first time worked out wonderfully for fixing our A/C unit. Later we noticed some potential issues with the heating portion of the furnace. They returned a call to me the same day and helped me diagnose over the phone without having to automatically send someone out to charge an hourly fee. Will definitely reach out to them again. Much appreciated.
Dave and his team were great. The work was done a couple years ago, but I will call them again for future upgrades without question.
