Henry Aviles was dispatched to our house because our downstairs air conditioner was not working. He was thorough and professional. He resolved the issue promptly—he did a great job .
Amazing service. This is the third time they have had to come out to fix my air conditioner in the past three years for always something new. They have never upcharged me and since the last time they fixed a leak I signed up for the cool club option. It was helpful as they came right out today to fix a different broken part and had a discount for being apart of the club. Henry Avilez was fast, effective, and a nice guy.
Frank was an awesome help on short notice to diagnose the problem with my AC unit. Great attitude and professionalism.
