Do not use *************************** as your property manager or your real estate agent. If I could give 0 stars I would. He is unprofessional, rude, lacks any empathy, understanding, or the ability to de-escalate an issue. No customer service skills whatsoever. I have been a tenant for 10 years, and he would rather lose me as a tenant than do his job. He will cost you your tenants with his mismanagement skills.

This is my first time renting with a management company and I absolutely love No Stress Property Management!!!! The town house was newly remodeled when I moved in and there hasn't been very many work orders but, when I do place one they are very fast at replying and getting it taken care of!!!! I am renewing my lease for the 3rd year!!
Rented from No Stress for over 3 yrs. I had to hire an exterminator for a huge rat which he said was due likely due to my neighbor’s garbage. The same issue I had brought to No Stress’ attention on several occasions. No Stress agreed to pay half of the extermination bill. During my move out a month later, the 3rd party inspector asked if I had had my apartment professionally cleaned, as it was immaculate and and there was no damage.
