The previous reviews did not lie! I moved out of essentially a 5th floor walk-up. The guys were amazing, never complaining once, even when they had to get the peloton tread, bike, and rower down. Everything from scheduling the move, to updates, to the final process was truly, No Stress. I have no plans on moving again, but you best believe I'd be right back to do it again!

I recently used NSM for my move, I used them for their “white glove service” (packing, moving, unpacking). I would say my experience was mixed. Devin is great, he is communicative during the booking process, transparent about plans and realistic about timings. The team of movers are wonderful, they work hard and are friendly. Some of the team definitely take more care than others, but overall there was minimal damage to my belongings. On the other hand, the packing team leave a lot to be desired.
