They were the only electricians that offered to actually come out and give me a quote for the work, rather than just saying "we charge this much/hour". The work done was exactly as they promised and cost was competitive. Very happy with No Sparks Electrician!
Joe did a great job! He was a great listener and very patient. He did a wonderful job of explaining electrical, answering my questions and offering suggestions and options, without pushing or hurrying me. He replaced 3 pull chain lights with a switch, added a needed outlet, replaced old GFI, added surge protector and cleaned up a wiring mess left by the previous owner. He also tightened up a flickering outdoor fixture in increment weather. I feel safer and more secure. I'm definitely pleased.
The job was done efficiently and although I expected to be without power all day, the furnace was running by 1 PM. As the two men performed follow up checks on the breakers and the GFI features on the breakers, they were not satisfied with the result in the kitchen and decided to change two outlets. This entailed another hour's work but I was still charged only the amount of the estimate. They were through in the clean-up process.
Mack and his guys were all involved in fixing multiple electrical issues in all parts of my house. They were prompt, clean and very impressive. The job took nearly two full days, they were extremely flexible to fit me into their schedule right away for this unplanned work. No job is too large or small I would suspect, everyone was very nice from start to finish. They are consummate professionals!
Called on Sun to get a 30 amp. Outlet installed. Came first thing Mon morning. Explained all the work. Completed the work. Even showed me where some moisture had entered my breaker box. Sealed the meter outside for me. Very pleasant and professional. Will definitely hire them for my next job.
