A couple of years ago, Jason Owens did a custom tattoo I designed myself and it turned out perfectly! Today, I returned to have my daughter's ears pierced (she's almost 8 years old). Inger is very knowledgeable and very skilled at what she does. She is AMAZING with kids! No Regrets is the only place I trust. The shop is so clean and the staff is so kind and welcoming, even to little ones :)

I came in to have a tattoo done by a traveling artist. Thank god because everyone else in this shop are snotty, rude, and inconsiderate of paying customers. I would never ever come in to get any work done here by their artists or recommend this place to anyone. Stop thinking you're better than everyone and just do some fucking tattoos! If I could rate it worse than 1 star I would.

After having an amazing experience with my fiance here, I recommended the shop to a family member, who visits town frequently. After changing the first artist we scheduled with, a new artist had to reschedule the consultation - life happens, OK - she scheduled the appointment, and for an unfortunate reason it needed to be rescheduled again. We truly apologize. The artist you were booked with had a death in his immediate family and had to attend a funeral. It's unfortunate that we couldn't do your tattoo that day, but all our other artists were already booked with large appointments. In that instance, we can only reschedule you for the next available date or refund your deposit. We're sorry, but there was no other option available at the time. We hope you understand.
