It’s impossible to work with this slum lord because when a tree fell on the trailer that was being rented, she had no care for even getting a safety inspection. We have had issues with our stairs for weeks now and nobody will do anything to fix them. It is literally rotting away. I live upstairs and this is an ongoing issue. My brother fell thru the stairs and they just screwed it back on... Update: I sent a text, as per your request when something is wrong, to the 24hr number minutes after the mass text you guys sent out yesterday.
