We have had issues with our stairs for weeks now and nobody will do anything to fix them. It is literally rotting away. I live upstairs and this is an ongoing issue. My brother fell thru the stairs and they just screwed it back on... Update: I sent a text, as per your request when something is wrong, to the 24hr number minutes after the mass text you guys sent out yesterday. Worst people to rent from! They act like they care, but they don’t. They lie about everything. When moving out, they lie about stuff just to keep your refund. Even when we have proof. We NEVER got a garage opener, because they didn’t have the key, so we had to buy our own lock. They are not very reliable.
I rented with them for a few months with no problem. They fixed any issue. The only problem i have is that I know we left the house we rented in good shape and we have been moved out for over a month now. Everytime I ask for a update on the return of our deposit I get a run around and when I try to call during business hours no one answers the phone.
