She is great! Before her initial visit, she sat down with me and went over everything regarding my pets including vet info, insurance if any, pet specific concerns or needs. I've used her services for almost 5 years now.
I first hired Melanie when I relocated to the Champaign area and attended school. My "girls" were in a new house, new area, and I wasn't certain how they would do while I was in class for 8 hours. During my first conversation with Melanie, I was completely impressed. She asked if we had found a vet, a groomer and if there was anything else we might need.
