#NoOtherPub is my home away from home from Children's Mercy Park. Great atmosphere to cheer on SKC while enjoying good food & beer. Plenty of games to play there from bowling to ping pong. I went in there Monday evening and had bad service from beginning to end. It was horrible no one really waited on me and even after I received my food/drink no one came to see if I needed refills, more food anything. It took 30 min for someone to come after I finished all my food just to see if I needed anything else. Im also in a wheelchair so it was horrible. My only argument is if you buy a drink from the bar and sit down at a table. The waitress things you have already been greeted. Never was once noticed or asked if I need anything. I decided to get up and sit in a booth on the back wall, as soon as I did this I was walked passed finally was noticed. I went to put in a food order and got told the kitchen is CLOSED really at 10:30 on game night!!!! Your kitchen only opens at 4....
Update: Irritated bartenders. Incorrect pricing on menu. Verbally combative management. Special $2 off drinks Sunday special not discounted unless you asked. Great match vibe of course, but wow, I can't believe we (huge SKC fans) were treated this way. Sad.
We never saw a sever attend us. We had to have the bus boy attend us and get our order. After that we never saw someone again. Place wasnt even that busy. We couldnt even ask anyone for our order. Bad experience
