Service was horrible! Had to ask three times for drink refills and for silverware. Asked for ketchup and did not receive it for 15 minutes. Food order placed came out wrong, even after repeating it carefully back to the waitress due to allergy restrictions.
Went to NOP Saturday with a group of about 8. Food was good, and our server (Holly?) was great, attentive, organized, and very friendly! Had fun playing ping pong, crowd was friendly, too.
This place is terrible. My second and last visit. Both times we've had terrible service, cold food and they were out of several beer choices. Today our server toppled the tray. No big deal - it happens. Well, 15 minutes later we still don't have drinks and we are sitting in a river of beer and soda. I had to ask the hostess to help out and all she did was wipe the table down. I ended up picking glass off the floor and just happened upon a manager and got him to help. Still no drinks. Was here for a work function - they rented the whole place, both food and service were excellent. Enjoy!
Great atmosphere, definitely a one of a kind place! So many activities there, it's the perfect place to plan a party. The staff is also amazing and it's the official hangout of the best soccer team in The USA!
