EDIT BELOW / No Option left me with no option but to go elsewhere. After not doing what I specifically asked for, along with a poor job with the rest of the property, he began to miss appointments, refuse to call back, and has now disappeared entirely from my attempts at reaching him. My wife and I recently bought a house in Virginia Beach which has a ton of trees. We were so captivated by the beautiful pines that we didn't really pay much attention to the grass, or should I say lack of grass. I absolutely love No Option, they were great. The owner personal contacted me and kept me up to date on all the details with making my yard beautiful again. They were respectful, clean, courteous to my concerns both financially and personally. I will continue to use No Option for all my yard care needs. They did a great job! No Option was affordable, and reliable, and the results were GREAT! Hands down best customers service I have received.
