I have been working with Jack on my properties for 3 years now. He is a great guy and great services. He runs a small, family owned property management and he is incredibly responsive to his clients and tenants. You have a question 10 PM, he will respond. Since I work regular time, not always I have time to think what I need with my properties during business hours. That is why I enjoy working with Jack, because I can do it also when I have time... not only 9am to 5pm and if you missed the time, wait until tomorrow.
