Very good customer service. Rob the owner has always taken care of us and very helpful. We have used his company for several years now and will continue.
First year pool owners and the staff has helped us so much. If our chemical levels are questionable I just take my sample in and they fix us right up. Very friendly.
Nothing but problems! Don't bother getting an estimate from them; it won't be honored. My final bill was complete gouging. Will never use them again and won't recommend to anyone. Total lack of customer service or care.
It seemed like they really were in a hurry and strained them to answer questions. Another issue usually when I buy cases of shock they wheel it to the truck- not here I carried it and it was very difficult for me. Nice clean new building
