Issue after issue after purchasing a manufactured home from D-Rock Properties, LLC through Charlene Gaard. Upon moving into this “Fully gutted and totally remodeled” home, I had some immediate issues. I tried to use the washing machine, and when the washer would drain, ALL of the water ended up on my floors. There was something wrong with the drain pipe. She eventually had it fixed. Charlene Gaard steered me to exactly the right home for my priorities, and now years later I am delighted to return to her to help me sell my house before I move out of state.
