I scheduled an appointment three days in advance, arriving promptly at the scheduled time; however, the stylist was occupied with another client. Upon checking in, I was informed that there would be a further delay. Fifteen minutes past my appointment time, I was advised of another client ahead of me. I request that my time be respected in future appointments. Now Ill be hairy on my work appointment.
