This boxing gym is absolutely amazing. Wonderful staff and really teaches you as a member on how to become focused between mind and body while being taught a sport that can make someone feel good about themselves.
Absolutely wonderful place. People of all experience levels are welcomed. I came in with zero experience in boxing and left with a new found respect for the sweet science and added discipline to my physical regimen. Highly recommended for anyone looking for that next step up in their life. Niko and CJ are great instructors and Erik and Mimi are very accommodating owners.
Awful! I rode a 2016 Collins Chevrolet #29 from Morris Hills Regional District here today with my class & it was just awful! The bus ride & the bus driver is very nice. Sweet. & kind. BUT THE INSTRUCTOR IS MEAN & AWFUL!!! THE BEGINNING WAS THE WORST OF ALL!!!!!! THEY FORCE ME TO DO NOTHING BUT HARD THINGS WHICH IS DUMB!!!!!!! THEY HAVE NO CAROUSEL OR OTHER RIDES. JUST HARD EQUIPMENT!!!!!!! DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME BY COMING HERE!!!!!!!!!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO THIS PLACE AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
