Equipment works great. There was a miscommunication on the delivery specifications. After install was completed 1 monitor resulted damaged from No Hassle AV. I was told in October 2024 I would get a replacement. January 2024 no response from Alex or anyone at No Hassle AV. Very unfortunate situation.

Working with Alex from No Hassle the experience was great. Purchased 2 of the 8x16 Long Range Matrix switches. Great products and fast shipping. As a professional AV integrator can honestly say I that these products are great and have no problems recommending to anyone. Looking forward to working with No Hassle AV in the future.
