Took my son as a walk-in and has him looking great for first day of school!
Walked in and asked if they can cut my hair and not mess it up. Told him I want 6 inches off. My hair was way past my waist. Well 45 minutes later this is what I ended up with!!! He said he had OCD really bad and wanted to make sure it was straight. My hair is just below my shoulder blades now (he took off nearly 18 inches) and most definitely NOT straight. Literally left in tears and had to go immediately somewhere else to have them fix it. I definitely should not have paid and it sure would be nice if they would refund me ... read more
