Disappointing…Barbers are too heavy-handed…Including one of the owners…Skipped a couple times as a walk-in to other walk-ins.

My young fellas have been coming to this place for awhile. A few weeks back I wasn't pleased with one haircut. The manager Lyric jumped right on top of it. He asked for pictures so ge could see exactly what I was describing. He immediately asked if I could return so they could make it right. I declined that day but asked him if I could bring them in on another day, as I needed some hair to grow back in. He was perfectly fine with that.
