Well I struggled to even get to a quote even after 3 to 4 hrs of design reviews. Just would not send me anything wanted a face to face discussion to even quote. Finally was asked 'what is your budget' then will give you a quote. Odd Business model to me. Was never sure who boss is either. Older guy or chinese woman. Something odd there.
