A week before war, an email on Saturday got a return phone call on Sunday, and Monday arrows were in the mail, arriving in time for packing! Amazing! Aside from that, we had an issue with points coming off in our 100 degree heat, and no questions asked, a whole set of points were mailed to us free of charge. Cannot recommend enough!

Here I was... A week before Christmas, and my wife's present had not arrived... Found out it was back ordered... What to do ??? Started checking the web for some arrows in hope I could get a half dozen. Came across this site, called thinking I'd get an answering machine. Wrong... I got a person and he said that I could have them in a few days... And not just 6 but a whole dozen. I ordered them and sure enough 3 days later a dozen arrows were at the door. Absolutely outstanding. 24 Custom fletched, crested and tipped arrows from over 1/2 way across the country in less than a week from order submission and and a reasonable price too! Eric is the best.
Can't beat this guy! His prices are great, and his production and shipping times CANNOT be beat. I've ordered a dozen arrows on a Sunday, and had them arrive six days later, on a Saturday, USPS. Phenomenal!
