I went to No Fear Tires on July 1 to get my tire changed. I live only about a mile away, so I drove straight home and parked my car, since I work from home and rarely drive. On July 4, I decided to finally take my car out to go to the store — and that’s when things went terribly wrong. While driving about 50 mph down the highway, my tire flew off because the lug nuts had not been properly tightened.
