Visited this location today (01/07/2026) for a required drug test. I interacted with two female staff members, one younger and one older. Unfortunately, their communication felt unprofessional and at times rude. Simple questions about the form were answered dismissively, and instructions during the process were unclear, which made the experience uncomfortable
TESLA EMPLOYEES DO NOT COME HERE!! Had an awkward experience here years ago and always wondered why it was like this compared to other places. Had the pleasure of meeting an old employee of this place and they straight up DO NOT TRUST/LIKE YOU due to the stereotypes of Tesla's past hiring practices and their experiences with them. Go anywhere else to do your drug test, you will be doing them and yourself a favor. Three stars because they are actually pretty quick, in a good spot, and I low key can't blame them.
The old lady was really rude. She didn’t say hi, excuse me, or thank you. The way she talked to me was unpleasant, almost yelling. I don’t know what she’s going through, but I’m definitely not the reason for it! If you work somewhere, leave your anger outside and bring a nice attitude. 👎👎👎
I was a little nervous because of the overwhelming negative reviews here, but it ended up being a pretty chill process. The front desk lady did her job, and I did mine. Wasn’t too busy on a Friday afternoon.
