I have been drug testing here twice a week since July 29, 2025. I never once thought to look at reviews prior to choosing a testing facility. I have to do it, so why bother looking when I know my pee is clean and serene. I have been getting half naked and twirling around in front of Pattie for many weeks now (twice a week) and I must say, I have never felt more comfortable peeing in front of anyone. This place smells good and is clean. I was scared of coming due to the reviews but is close to my house. Pattie and coworker were patient with me. They offered more water so I can take my test.
Horrible service. They make there own rules not keeping to company policies that I looked up on there webpage. They had a sign that wasn't even posted for customers to see. Saying mouth swab was to be taken 10 min after arrival. I never once in 6 months had to do that. And there was no clarification just a snarky old lady that seemed to have a god complex. Visited this location today (01/07/2026) for a required drug test. I interacted with two female staff members, one younger and one older. Unfortunately, their communication felt unprofessional and at times rude. Simple questions about the form were answered dismissively, and instructions during the process were unclear, which made the experience uncomfortable
