This is my second time using No Dent PDR. Bob was professional and polite both times. Bob is very honest with his quotes. The first time he quoted a price and we agreed on it and then when we picked it up it was significantly cheaper because he said it took less time than he anticipated. Most shops would just have kept the original quote price and not have blinked an eye. Had a door ding on a Tesla rear door. Multiple body shops have looked at it and have given unreasonably high quotes for a simple dent. Bob was wonderful from the get go. He looked at the picture I sent. He wanted to see it in person to get an idea of the access points. He finished the job in 90 minutes where other PDR folks wanted to keep the car for 2-3 days and quoted outrageous amounts to fix it. Worked on two dents, plus a really tough dent that we knew wouldn’t come out. The two normal type dents look flawless now, and the tough one looks significantly better. Thanks, Bob!
Superb! Fantastic customer service, great price, can’t even tell I ever had a dent! Highly recommend, another company told me they couldn’t fix my dent and had to go through a body shop but bob got it taken care of with no issue.
