Never go to them the account manager is very rude and unethical when you call about anything and they don’t work with them
An associate of mine purchased a car from this business recently. Told them they had financing. Then after they got home, received a message from the finance company that they are not approved because this dealership needed to conduct a phone interview. They called back and did the interview, then the dealership demanded the car back. I've recommended a lawyer versed in contract law to assist. Do NOT deal with this unscrupulous dealership. Got a car from here out of desperation. I served its purpose but the seat belts didn’t work and something was up with the tire sensor. Also the amount each month was ridiculous for the type of vehicle it was. 2013 fit for 550 a month. Needless to say they came and repoed it before my next monthly payment was even due. I didn’t even give a damn. That was the happiest repo ever it felt like a weight lifted off my pockets. Purchased a 2014 Jeep Cherokee Sport, got the extended warranty Thank God, 2 weeks after purchase, the transfer case blew, that damaged the drive shaft, rear differential, took almost 3 weeks for the mechanic to get the approval through Superior Warranty, used parts where put on, got the vehicle back and 3 days later the drive shaft snapped. This people are some real scammers. They just won’t money don’t care if someone in the hospital having a baby. I only had my car with y’all for two months and y'all done came to repo it!
