Karl, Nicole and Colin are great!! I started going to No Bull when I was in my 60s and they’ve always been so supportive and great about modifying the workouts for me and making sure I am comfortable with the movements. They have helped me immensely and I love going to No Bull every week!
This is the best gym in the area 100%. The environment is welcoming, the members work hard and are friendly. The owner Karl and his team are all fantastic, create excellent work out plans and really care about the community and their members at the same time! 10/10 recommend. So happy to have found it!
I first tried a group class at No Bull Training with a friend back in 2021 — and I’ve been hooked ever since! Before joining, I used to feel really intimidated at gyms. Loving this gym a lot. Wasn’t even planning on joining (already have a gym membership and a great set up at home). Went to try a class with a friend and I was hooked! No Bull is so welcoming and the workouts are tough, but fun and functional. So glad to be part of it.
Everyone there, staff and members, are so welcoming and encouraging. I love working out there!
