We felt very comfortable with Bill, our salesperson. The delivery personnel were also very courteous and efficient. Bill answered all of our questions thoroughly and what he was not sure of he double-checked and followed up with us. I liked the selection of mattresses at the store. Thank you Bill for the excellent communication and service for our purchase!
Love my new mattress. Got it for a lot cheaper than the other guys. Didn't try to pressure me into anything, simply said, try this if you don't like that. If you like that, try this one, too. And he was right. He found the perfect mattress for me. I had to wait a bit longer because of a computer glitch, but things happen. And the delivery guys lived up to the name. Brought the new one in, got my signature, took the old one out and said goodbye. Will definitely go to them for our next bed.
