First time and I needed removal, extensions builders gel AND I wanted a little bit of art done and they smashed it. Normally I find going to a new place it's quite a cold reception but Vanessa was so welcoming and friendly and didn't even bat an eye when I showed her what I wanted. So talented and such a great price- the same as getting the basics done at my other shop I've gone to. I'm converted
I've recently moved to Epsom and have been trying all the nail bars to find one I like. I've definitely found my favourite! Vanessa and her husband Thanh are so friendly, and the salon is really lovely. I've had BIAB nails and a pedicure so far - both were excellent. This is the best salon I've been to, even better than my previous salon in London. I always find it a bit of a chore to get my nails done, but at the Pamper Lounge I really did feel pampered, and will look forward to my next visit 😊💖

Update 15.02.24: sadly the lounge has not responded to my very valid complaint. I am therefore lowering my rating of them to one star and won't be changing from the salon that I currently use. Had they been able to offer my friend on her special occasion to get another set of nails I would not be reducing this from 5. But there was obviously something fundamentally wrong with how they applied my friend's chrome nails. 😪 Unfortunately my friend whose 50th it was said 2 of her chrome nails sort of slid off yesterday.
