Absolutely disappointing stay! For the price I paid, I expected much better. The room was tiny with small windows that let in freezing air — after just 30 minutes, my throat started hurting. The towels were dirty, the only “toiletry” provided was a tiny piece of soap instead of proper shower gel, and parking was a complete nightmare. I’ve stayed in other hotels from this franchise before and always had a good experience, but this one was a total disappointment!

My experience with Sonder was complicated. During my stay, I faced five unauthorized charges, including one in the pre-authorization process that, if I hadn’t carefully tracked my finances, could have easily gone unnoticed. Customer service was slow and unclear, making the process frustrating. I recommend future guests closely monitor their card transactions, as dealing with charges and refunds with Sonder can be problematic.

Made a reservation 11 months in advance. Three months later Sonder attempted to force full payment of the stay - still 8 months away - before my credit card declined it as fraud. No mention of prepay in full was mentioned anywhere during the booking or reservation process, even in the T&C. Definitely don't recommend.
