Called ahead for a pedicure, got right in Water was lukewarm at best, he asked how the water was and I said “it’s a not very warm..” he didn’t adjust it at all Flashing party lights around base of bowl, I asked if he could turn them off and he said no. Not sure how you know how to turn them on but not off? I told him it was giving me a headache.. he kept them on. Absolutely terrible. The acrylic was insanely thick, the designs are terrible, all the dots are different shapes. The color is a completely different color than I wanted and they had an inspo picture the entire time. Was extremely rough and I have red burns on my cuticles from how rough they were with the file. Name was Tina. First picture was the inspo.

The salon has a lovely and relaxing atmosphere. The technicians are friendly and professional. My nails were shaped perfectly. I left feeling happy and confident.

First of all, I had to wait 30 minutes with an appointment. Unacceptable! The nail tech I got was more interested in what was going on in the salon than being engaged with me. She continually looked around and paid no attention to me. She cut my toenails so short they still hurt several days after my appt. I even commented to her about cutting them too short and she completely ignored me and took no accountability for it. The sides of my toes are sore and slightly swollen where she scrapped them.
