They are doing work for a neighbor and left a 35' + ladder up all night (where young kids are present), left their stuff all over our yard and or neighbors, and took it upon themselves to use our electrical outlet for work that isn't for us.

In April 2018 A rental property of mine had a roof leak that was leaking into the kitchen. My property management company got an estimate from No 1 roofing. The estimate was $2,300 to repair a tile roof. I thought it was high, but decided to have them fix them roof.
