This is a residential APARTMENT. not a hotel. stop treating it like one. long term damage in the long run.
Nice and clean building, close to shops and public transport. Reception guys need to be more friendly and welcome. Car parking spaces are small.
Not regretted to get a homestay for a trip to Melbourne. Although the area is a little away from CBD, it offer serenity by staying near the river and relatively quiet zone. The room is clean, bright and offers spaces for small family, with well equipped kitchen hardware, oven, microwave and utensils. Hotel concierge service is excellent and even help us to point out the way to get to airport.
Stayed in a lovely apartment. Great for a weekend away.
No.1 Collins Wharf is a beautiful apartment. Sadly this is ruined by the grinch who is unfortunately the current building manager. Everyone below him is lovely and is willing to help out with a smile. Sadly, this condescending manager is only there because of nepotism thanks to his buddies sitting at the top. Rules displayed everywhere pathetically, it will remind you of "Dolores Umbridge" from Harry Potter. The staff who are/were there are lovely and could represent the building much more professionally.
