It's not a Hotel, it is private Apartments and it's not the Job of the Concierge to provide for every whim of short term staying guests. If you want 24hr customer service stay at a real Hotel.
The location and facilities at 1 Collins Wharf are nice, but the experience was completely overshadowed by the attitude of the receptionist, a young Asian male, who was extremely rude and unhelpful. His lack of basic customer service skills left a really negative impression. It’s unfortunate, because the place itself could be great, but the staff’s attitude really ruins the experience. Management needs to address this issue and ensure proper customer service training is provided.
This is a residential APARTMENT. not a hotel. stop treating it like one. long term damage in the long run.
