Rude office staff (manager) who lie, argue and hang up on patients. I’ve never been treated repeatedly so rudely.
They dismissed me in 2013 because of a lie! They refuse to hear my side of the story! In 2020 Dr. Chowdhry agreed to see me on recommendation of another Doctor/ he also said I could be his patient again! Every time I try to make an appt the office manager intervene after it is made! On Friday January 7 I received a call from the office saying I had been dismissed! I asked the reason why! Dr. Chowdhry is wonderful. He is very thorough and shows genuine concern. He does not rush either. Can't say enough how much I appreciate his efforts.
