August 25, 2025 was my first visit with Dr.Agim, and I must say I was impressed with her and the overall experience. The gentleman at the front desk was very polite. The young lady that walked me back was very polite. Dr. Agim assistant was very thorough and knowledgeable about my situation. Dr. Agim examined my skin, asked questions, diagnosed the symptoms and prescribed medication to treat the symptoms in a timely manner.
The doctor in the nurse were very professional very patient. I would recommend them to friends and family.
I didn't like it very much. They only diagnosed me based on a photo that I could have easily sent. They didn't take the time to examine me. My allergies are still worse than before; the medication isn't working. I sent them photos and messages, but I'm still waiting for a reply.
