I lived here in 2024-2025 and it was fine at first. Then started to get chronic ant infestations in my unit that the building couldn’t seem fix. There were ants everywhere. Upon moving out, the leasing office was sneaky and charged me a 3k fee for not “confirming” my move out via email despite the lease ending. Very slimy management.
1550 is one of the best apartments I've lived in. The community is great, and the staff is exceptional. Especially La Saun, who is so accommodating and makes sure everyone is well taken care of. Also Matt at the front desk always has the best cheerful energy. Location is unbeatable.
I've read the couple of poor reviews, and they bear no resemblance to my experience. I find the staff pleasant, attentive and responsive. My apartment was nearly perfect when I moved in. The couple of things that were not right were set right within 24 hours. When I mentioned to the staff that my old suction shower handle bar wouldn't attach on their tiles, they installed new permanent ones at their expense. I've never experienced issues with parking. UPDATE: WOW - THANKS FOR LETTING US KNOW THAT WE SHOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SECURITY OF THE BUILDING. I GUESS PAYING $6,000 DOESNT ENTITLE MY FAMILY TO A SECURE BUILDING. THE PARK,, & 700 BROADWAY ARE ALL THE SAME PRICE AND HAVE SECURITY. ILL BE MOVING TO AN ACTUAL LUXURY BUILDING ONCE MY LEASE IS UP Me and my family do not feel safe in this “luxury” building. Move in experience was so easy. Access to gates and massive elevators for furniture. They were extra accommodating with my storage and parking needs.
