I've read the couple of poor reviews, and they bear no resemblance to my experience. I find the staff pleasant, attentive and responsive. My apartment was nearly perfect when I moved in. The couple of things that were not right were set right within 24 hours. When I mentioned to the staff that my old suction shower handle bar wouldn't attach on their tiles, they installed new permanent ones at their expense. I've never experienced issues with parking. UPDATE: WOW - THANKS FOR LETTING US KNOW THAT WE SHOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SECURITY OF THE BUILDING. I GUESS PAYING $6,000 DOESNT ENTITLE MY FAMILY TO A SECURE BUILDING. THE PARK,, & 700 BROADWAY ARE ALL THE SAME PRICE AND HAVE SECURITY. ILL BE MOVING TO AN ACTUAL LUXURY BUILDING ONCE MY LEASE IS UP Me and my family do not feel safe in this “luxury” building. Move in experience was so easy. Access to gates and massive elevators for furniture. They were extra accommodating with my storage and parking needs.
I lived here for a year and I had a great experience. The property is beautiful and the amenities are awesome. To top It off James was a great property manager and he was always very responsive and super helpful.
