I’ve had a fantastic experience living here. The property is exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and offers some of the best value in the area. The 360-degree views of both the city and the beach are absolutely stunning. A special thank you to LaSuan, who made the entire move-in process seamless and stress-free. She was professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful every step of the way, making what can often be a hectic experience feel effortless.
LaSaun was so pleasant to work with, loved that I can just text the management with any questions and quickly get a response. Maintenance is quick too. The amenities are beautiful.

I've lived here for a year and I've had a wonderful experience. It's a perfect location to be in in Santa Monica. Walking distance to the beach, pier, all the best shops, and restaurants. The rooftop pool and hot tub are really wonderful. I use them both at least twice a week. There are also fantastic grills and lounge areas up there in the sun that are wonderful for big groups. I've had a wonderful experience living here in the past 1.5 years and couldn't be happier with my decision to make this my home. I was actually the first resident to move into my unit, this is a brand-new, meticulously built property — no pest issues, no elevator glitches, nothing of the usual growing pains you'd expect from an older building.
