I lived here for a year and I had a great experience. The property is beautiful and the amenities are awesome. To top It off James was a great property manager and he was always very responsive and super helpful.
I do not recommend living here despite the building’s beautiful appearance. I was told during my tour that I would not hear my upstairs neighbor since it was "concrete" between the floors. Unfortunately, the floors are cheaply made and I hear my upstairs stomping and banging day and night. They advertise a luxury apartment living experience, but it is not at all. The flooring and wall looks like it was thrown together. This place is way overpriced.
This building is a trap. You pay for a luxury building, but you get hostel-level quality service. Mismanagement starts with an outdated contract they have not even updated for years, pushing you to sign arbitration agreement!!! .. to not being able to reserve your parking spot because they simply say, "We are not responsible for other tenants parkin in your spot! I have been deeply disappointed with my experience at this brand new luxury! building. The heating system has been a constant issue ever since I moved here in early fall, and despite repeated assurances from management that the problem is resolved, it remains unresolved. The system blows COLD AIR, which is incredibly uncomfortable and makes certain areas of the apartment unbearable.
