Recently moved here. I love the friendly staff, the cleanliness of the building, the super chic spaces, and convinient amenities. Moving here has been the best decision we ever made!
I guess no one heard of this company having harassed old time rent controlled families which forced them to leave. Rediculous amount of time to harass the tenants. They are paying hundreds of thousands in fines to the tenants who didn't leave. One died before receiving hers and those that left will be compensated as well. Why would you want to rent from people like this? They are scoundrels!
