The best part about this place is the manager , ROWENA. She helped me and my son from the moment we showed up at her office . Rowena is very knowledgable, helpful, patient and kind. She is definitely an asset to this organization.
It’s a quiet place and has beautiful views! The staff is friendly and helpful. I would recommend living here.
For individuals seeking to save money, this location may be suitable if you possess only one vehicle. There have been numerous incidents of car break-ins, ranging from 3 to 5 cars per night. We attempted to discuss the possibility of paying extra for a parking space with the apartment manager. The apartment regulations stipulate only one car per one-bedroom unit. I've lived at this location for 9+ years, Northgate Granada Hills Apartments. 2 bed and 2 bath. 2 car covered parking, pool/hot tub, gym access. This complex is quiet and overall noise free for the most part. The front office staff is stellar. Rowena, Raymond, and Abraham respond in nothing but a professional and friendly manner that any resident would love to have in a management team for the apartment. I loved my views, beautiful sunset and sunrises, co living shared kitchen but I had roommates who didn’t cook so it felt like the kitchen was to myself. I moved down with no furniture so it was super helpful and nice to have a place that was furnished and had updated cabinets and honestly felt like a long term hotel.
