For individuals seeking to save money, this location may be suitable if you possess only one vehicle. There have been numerous incidents of car break-ins, ranging from 3 to 5 cars per night. We attempted to discuss the possibility of paying extra for a parking space with the apartment manager. The apartment regulations stipulate only one car per one-bedroom unit. I've lived at this location for 9+ years, Northgate Granada Hills Apartments. 2 bed and 2 bath. 2 car covered parking, pool/hot tub, gym access. This complex is quiet and overall noise free for the most part. The front office staff is stellar. Rowena, Raymond, and Abraham respond in nothing but a professional and friendly manner that any resident would love to have in a management team for the apartment. I loved my views, beautiful sunset and sunrises, co living shared kitchen but I had roommates who didn’t cook so it felt like the kitchen was to myself. I moved down with no furniture so it was super helpful and nice to have a place that was furnished and had updated cabinets and honestly felt like a long term hotel. The lights were really updated and well done and I enjoyed having access to big communal fridge as well as personal fridge and freezer space. I’m so grateful to have come across Northgate Apartments and to have the opportunity to move into such a beautiful apartment. It’s seriously such an upgrade from anywhere I’ve ever lived. It instantly feels like home and I’m so grateful for Abe helping me get into the apartment I wanted and accommodating to my needs. He made this process so smooth and comfortable. He’s honestly such a nice guy and I’m forever grateful. I rate my overall experience a 10/10!
