One of my biggest issues was the fire alarms. From the time I moved in, the alarm in my unit was so sensitive that normal use of the kitchen would regularly set it off, making the kitchen extremely difficult to use. I scheduled a tour at Devon Heights in Granada Hills and received confirmation for two showing times. Both appointments were suddenly canceled without any explanation. The cancellation message came from Wilshire Properties Inc, but no one bothered to call or provide any reason for canceling my scheduled tour. I had already planned my day around these appointments.
