I've lived at this location for 9+ years, Northgate Granada Hills Apartments. 2 bed and 2 bath. 2 car covered parking, pool/hot tub, gym access. This complex is quiet and overall noise free for the most part. The front office staff is stellar. Rowena, Raymond, and Abraham respond in nothing but a professional and friendly manner that any resident would love to have in a management team for the apartment. I loved my views, beautiful sunset and sunrises, co living shared kitchen but I had roommates who didn’t cook so it felt like the kitchen was to myself. I moved down with no furniture so it was super helpful and nice to have a place that was furnished and had updated cabinets and honestly felt like a long term hotel. The lights were really updated and well done and I enjoyed having access to big communal fridge as well as personal fridge and freezer space. I’m so grateful to have come across Northgate Apartments and to have the opportunity to move into such a beautiful apartment. It’s seriously such an upgrade from anywhere I’ve ever lived. It instantly feels like home and I’m so grateful for Abe helping me get into the apartment I wanted and accommodating to my needs. He made this process so smooth and comfortable. He’s honestly such a nice guy and I’m forever grateful. I rate my overall experience a 10/10!
Have you ever wondered what it would be like to live somewhere and have someone help with keeping the kitchen clean? Then you should definitely check out the apartments here! Northgate Apartments was such a wonderful place to live. Especially for me as a single graduate student attending CSUN. Great experience! I rented a unit through Wilshire properties at NorthGate Town Apartments. The rental portal was very convenient, it explaines everything in great detail. The leasing manager Rowena helped me alot with all the concerns I had regarding my lease. She explained everything very clearly, not only did she answer all my questions but she was very attentive and understanding of my situation. This is a trustworthy company & I would rent from them again!☺️
