This place is amazing! This was a first time renting on my own; the management, the property itself, roommates, location; is just amazing. I recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a quiet, peaceful, and affordable place to live. Thank you once again Wilshire Properties Granada Hills!
The best part about this place is the manager , ROWENA. She helped me and my son from the moment we showed up at her office . Rowena is very knowledgable, helpful, patient and kind. She is definitely an asset to this organization.

For individuals seeking to save money, this location may be suitable if you possess only one vehicle. There have been numerous incidents of car break-ins, ranging from 3 to 5 cars per night. We attempted to discuss the possibility of paying extra for a parking space with the apartment manager. The apartment regulations stipulate only one car per one-bedroom unit.
