Great place to call home. office staff are amazing and attentive.
I scheduled a tour at Devon Heights in Granada Hills and received confirmation for two showing times. Both appointments were suddenly canceled without any explanation. The cancellation message came from Wilshire Properties Inc, but no one bothered to call or provide any reason for canceling my scheduled tour. I had already planned my day around these appointments. At Devon heights My experience here was great, I appreciated the swiftness Rowena and Abe always had when it came to my problems, I moved to La alone and safety was a huge concern for me. I definitely feel safe at this apartment. As long as they are managing this property, you are in good hands
This is an amazing property for single people. I am so impressed by the property managers Rowena and Abe and their maintenance staff people like Oscar and others' who have consistently gone above and beyond in addressing all my needs. They respond quickly and ensure you get a comfortable living experience.
My step-cousin moved here and he recommended it to me when I was just starting to look for places to move. I was immediately excited when I heard that all of the utilities would be included in the rent; I only payed for rent and parking, and it was honestly a good price. I lived in one of the furnished co-living suites with my own bathroom, it had shared in unit laundry and a kitchen.
