This pharmacy is horrible. The customer service sucks. They never have enough help and the wait for refills and new meds is ridiculous! Doctor sent over meds at 2pm and I’m still waiting at 6:30pm for them to be filled! You cannot even go in the store front so you would think the drive through moves pretty quickly but it does not! Carson is a delight tho!
I have never had any issues filling prescriptions here and my prescriptions have always been filled correctly. The staff are professional and kind. My niece was playing in her car seat, singing loudly, and the worker serving us just put a couple suckers in the bag without asking. Lastly, my prescriptions are by far cheaper at this pharmacy with my employee insurance than anywhere else.
Employees should not have to wait in a full service, new prescription line. Meds should be filled at the time of arrival. This is a waste of time, fuel, and a delay for further patient care. We are the patients/ customers. I thought our logo was the same for every patient , every time. They might as well change the full service sign to get ready and drive away and come back in an hour.
Great and friendly but they are so slow.
