Understanding with late payments which is super awesome. And have climate control units which is nice. I think there's a few people living in their units because of this fact but... it is what it is. No matter the time I go, I hear loud music, and conversation at the other end of the building. Kinda makes me feel weird but oh well.
I have had a storage unit here for going on 3 years. They have no mercy or compassion if anything happens to you. Like times I ended up in the ER because I am disabled and sick. I have I paid my bill every single month and they refused each time to wave the late fee. Then they decided a few months ago to increase prices without telling me.
