Horrible their communication is really bad and they will do anything they can, including blaming "bad communication" that they create, to avoid paying for the services they hire contractors to perform. They approved our work and estimate before we did anything and then once we performed the work and sent them our bill they started throwing up roadblocks and demanding more and more to try to frustrate us and avoid paying our bill. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY!
As the other reviews explain, they do not pay. Did a concrete job for them and they haven’t paid in over two months.
Do not do busy with them! They do not pay ! They require an extreme amount of paperwork and verification from the contractor, but cannot seem to pay their invoices. It’s been over 60 days.
Leaving this review as a warning for business owners. We were contacted for an "emergency" hydraulic repair. Told them we do not work for property managers due to the whole lot of them being terrible payers. After a few hours, I assume they could find no other company with the skills needed, they submitted to paying in full upon completion of work with a credit card. They have three different people call explaining this is an emergency through the course of probably 12 phone calls from these three people. Upon getting to my ... read more
