UNDERSTAFFED, incompetent!!! Simple mistakes being made — bed pans placed upside down. One nurse having to assist alone when the patient is a two assist case.
RecommendedI would highly recommend newton medical my husband was in ER for stomach pain turn out to be an ulcer where he got excellent care and I would always choose newton.
RecommendedMy husband took our 13 year old son to the ER last night with difficulty breathing. He was checked in and triaged very quickly. I appreciate the quick action of the nurses to get oxygen and breathing treatments started. From check in to discharge they were treated with professionalism and top quality care. As a nurse, I know it takes a team effort to make things work and I appreciated the way everyone worked together, even when you were all very busy. RecommendedDr. Sobbing is the best Dr. I've ever had! We have never meet a Dr. so kind and caring. We lost our baby and I felt that his heart truly broke along with ours. I can't tell you enough how great he is. Even my husband and mother adore him. Thank you Dr. Sobbing, AWH and Newton Medical Center for taking such good care of me and my beautiful angel!

no I don't recommend to go to Newton Medical Center there was a doctor tell me I was badly bruised and sore after I was hit by a car and they was going to let me walk out of the hospital until I told them I know my body you get someone in there that can read X-rays and sure enough they sent someone else in to tell me I have fractures up and down my back and that I was going to go to any Trauma Center in Kansas that I wanted
