Staff was extremely kind and helpful! I had to use them for my daughter a few months ago and then for myself recently. They were very prompt to see us, calm and logical in helping to understand our health concerns. I had a reaction to the 1st antibiotics and when I called them the practitioner working was very helpful to get me switched to something different. They were fabulous and such a helpful alternative to get quick care.

Extremely friendly, fast, thorough, and listened to me. I came in 20 min before closing apologizing profusely, and they were all so kind. Got the meds I needed, advice, and a great experience.I really can't say enough of them.
I took my father-in-law to immediate care per his Dr's instructions as it was after office hrs but something that needed immediate attention. I walked in with my father in-inlaw at 5:30pm. and was told the dr had seen 43 patients and was too tired to see any more patients. I repeated the statement to the receptionist and wanted clarity that they were refusing service because the Dr was (too tired) to see anyone else. My father was refused service because they were tiered andewt they quota. If you done serving people how about lock the door or turn off the open light. I mean when a restaurant is out of food they don't keep the door open. Then when I called in a complaint to the main office I got "there a single up" and there was not. Tearable service, and my Dad had to go to the ER instead and cost him 100 dollars he doesn't have in his income. He's retired and on social security. I would gladly take my money somewhere else. Sad Job NMC.
