I went to San Antonio for the wknd and stop at this jewelry to get a battery replacement for my watch. The guy was very kind and professional, but unfortunately he damage the glass on my watch(accidents happens). He took full responsibility and told me they will replace the glass, but I told him I was going back to Houston on the next day. He said no problem we can mail it to you once is replaced.
