THEY STEAL DEPOSITS AND ROACH INFESTED! These are not even all the pics I have! I’ve had to throw ALL my stuff away and up & leave after my month was up because it got so out of control and management did not care. I WENT TO A AGENCY TO GET RENTAL ASSISSTANCE AND BEFORE THEY CAN ACTUALLY PAY THE RENT THEY NEED THE MANAGER TO RESPOND TO JUST ONE LITTLE EMAIL BUT SHE WONT DO IT BECAUSE SHE IS TRYING TO TAKE ME TO COURT AND GIVE ME AN EVICTION FOR NON PAYMENT OF RENT, AFTER I SHOWED HER THE DOCUMENT STATING THAT THEY WERE LITERALLY WAITING ON HER, NOT ONLY THAT BUT THEY ARE DISPLACING ALOT OF FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN THAT HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO WHERE TO GO BECAUSE THEY ARE REFUSING TO RENEW OUR LEASE BASICALLY BECAUSE WE ALL CAME FROM A SHELTER... read more
We are getting put out for defusing a fight. I should even give them a star. They aren't for the residents that do right by the property or pay rent on time. They moved a new manager in and allowed her to just start putting any and everyone out for no reason. I could see the ones that damage the building but not the loyal residents that respect where they live.
