Great experience for 1st time customers. Kevin Simmons(Service Manager) gave us an estimate before starting work. Nothin more or nothing less was done. The employees there are great as well. They greeted us as we came in and left. To me what I really liked was that while Kevin was busy with another customer an employee name Jose took the time out to greet us & ask if we had been helped yet. Discount Tire had messed up my tire balance after two visits.
