If I could give a zero I would. I didn't get the lashes done for a few reasons. 1) This was my first time and she should of told me that I needed to take out contacts when I made the appointment. I traveled 30 minutes to see her due to her reviews. She had nothing for me to place contacts in either. She should have told me of this requirement or had a contact case and solution as an option. 2) the sanitation of the place was sub par. Nelly is fantastic I highly recommend trying her out if you get your lashes done. She's very accommodating for times and it's very relaxing while she works her magic! She's done my lashes now for 2 months and I'm not switching!!

I asked for natural lashes and that’s what I got! So pretty. The lashes seemed almost real. Great quality. I went to a place down the street from me for a fill simply because it was closer. I regret it. The fill I got was cheap plastic thick itchy, everything gets stuck in them lashes. N lash n spa is the way to go. Don’t go anywhere else.

I would definitely recommend! It was my first time getting my lashes done and Nely made me feel comfortable. Im happy with the results, and coming back for another my lash refill.
