I scheduled an appointment online and received confirmation. I even messaged to double-check the time and address, which was confirmed. On the day of the appointment, I showed up after driving an hour each way with two vehicles—only to be met with no answer at the door and two unanswered calls. I had a terrible experience with NL Tints. The tint job on my car was uneven, with visible bubbles and areas that were poorly done. When I reached out to have the issues corrected, their customer service was unhelpful and dismissive. It took multiple attempts to get a response, and even then, they didn’t follow through with fixing the problem. I ended up having to go to a different shop to get the tint done properly. I would not recommend NL Tints to anyone looking for quality service.
NL tints did great. Was faster than what he predicted also! He was helpful with giving me info with any questions I had on how to take care of the tints in the healing process. Definitely recommend!
